What areas of Missouri do you rent in?
We buy and rent homes across all of Missouri — Kansas City, St. Louis, Springfield, Columbia, and everywhere in between.
Do you accept Section 8 / NECAC ?
Yes. Section 8 and NECAC are accepted at all of our properties.
Do you allow pets or animals?
No animals of any kind are allowed at our properties. This is a firm policy of our homes.
What is the standard lease term?
All leases are 12 months standard. Late fees apply to any rent paid after the due date.
What are the resident qualifications?
No criminal history, no listing on any sex offender registry, no prior bankruptcies, and a good rental history are required. Income should be at least 2.5× the monthly rent.
How do repairs work?
We have an in-house repair team. For maintenance, call us directly — we prefer calls over email so we can respond fast.
How much is the security deposit?
Security deposit is typically equal to one month's rent, due at lease signing. It is refundable at move-out per lease terms.
Do I need renters insurance?
Yes, renters insurance is required. We provide a submission form and a list of common providers.
