Lead-based paint disclosure

Homes built before 1978 may contain lead-based paint. Federal law requires disclosure and acknowledgment before occupancy.

Notice: Housing built before 1978 may contain lead-based paint. Lead from paint, paint chips, and dust can pose health hazards if not managed properly. Lead exposure is especially harmful to young children and pregnant women.

Landlord's disclosure: Landlord has no knowledge of lead-based paint or lead-based paint hazards in the housing other than any records or reports provided at signing.

Tenant's acknowledgment: Tenant has received the pamphlet "Protect Your Family from Lead in Your Home" and any records/reports pertaining to lead in the housing.
