Current tenants — request a renewal or transfer of your lease. Please submit at least 60 days before your current lease ends.

All New Leases and All Lease Renewals Will Require The FULL RENT AMOUNT Upon Signing Any New Lease or Any Lease Renewal This Also Includes Any Tenant That is Currentlly In Default And The Lease Has Past Its Lease End Date//Or You are Currentlly Under a Month-to-Month Lease Due Too Your Lease Passing Its Expiration Date//But A $75 Application Fee Will Be Required When Filling out A New Rental Application//If Current Tenant In Good Standing Wishes Too Apply For a New Property You will Be Charged As a New Tentant Which will Incur The $75 Application FEE Due Too Having Too Run New CREDIT And BACKGROUND Checks NO EXCEPTIONS!!  Thanks for asking about staying another year with us.
